Founded by dedicated individuals, including alumni from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University (AAMU) and other Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), The 1948 Circle of Excellence Foundation is committed to expediting the advancement of underrepresented talent from AAMU into corporate America. Recognizing Career Development Services as a critical yet often undervalued aspect of higher education, we've forged a collaborative partnership with AAMU Career Development Services and The Youth Motivational Task Force. Together, we've implemented a systematic approach to bridge the gap between academic learning and career preparation, creating a platform where alumni, businesses, and supporters can join forces to assist graduates on their journey to workforce readiness by leveraging the extensive resources of the alumni network.
