About Us

Founded by philanthropists, business owners, and corporate leaders, the 1948 Circle of Excellence Foundation is dedicated to preparing students for professional success. Recognizing that career development is a critical yet often overlooked aspect of higher education, we have partnered with AAMU Career Development Services through The Youth Motivational Task Force to bridge the gap between academic achievement and career readiness. 


Through this initiative, we provide a platform where alumni, businesses, and supporters collaborate to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and connections they need to thrive in the workforce.
