Collaboration is the chief tool a non-profit organization uses to broaden its outreach and impact. Therefore, the 1948 Circle of Excellence Foundation actively seeks partnerships between themselves and other organizations to introduce our mentees to different educational, entertaining, and professionally enriching experiences.

The mentoring and networking obtained through YMTF has played a pivotal role in my personal and professional development. My mentor, provided me with guidance, support, and valuable insights from the view point of an experienced individual, which in turn accelerated my growth as a young professional and aided in fostering confidence. Networking through YMTF is not just about exchanging business cards; but there is an emphasis on building relationships that fuel growth, support, and mutual success.
